Dal 24 Dicembre 2021 al 05 Gennaio 2022 sono stati emanati tre Decreti Legge con introduzione di ulteriori misure per la limitazione e contrasto della diffusione COVID19; dato però l’andamento epidemiologico e l’innalzamento della curva dei contagi (causa elevata velocità di contagio nella nuova variante SARS-COV2 attualmente in circolazione), con il Decreto del 05/01/2022 e pubblicato in G.U il 07/01/2022 con il n°1/2022 è stato introdotto l’obbligo vaccinale per tutti i lavoratori (sia settore pubblico sia settore privato) con età pari o maggiore di 50 anni.
Riassumiamo quindi: DAL 10 GENNAIO 2022 AL 14 FEBBRAIO 2022: ACCESSO AI LUOGHI DI LAVORO E FORMAZIONE PREVIA VERIFICA DEL GREEN PASS BASE (Vaccinazione 1adose/Guarigione/Tampone)
DAL 15 FEBBRAIO 2022 AL 15 GIUGNO 2022 SE ETA< 50 ANNI: ACCESSO AI LUOGHI DI LAVORO E FORMAZIONE PREVIA VERIFICA DEL GREEN PASS BASE ((Vaccinazione 1adose/Guarigione/Tampone rapido o molecolare, da ripetere ogni 48-72ore) SE ETA’ >50 ANNI: ACCESSO AI LUOGHI DI LAVORO E FORMAZIONE PREVIA VERIFICA DEL GREEN PASS RAFFORZATO (Vaccinazione completa /guarigione); nell’attesa del rilascio del GREEN PASS RAFFORZATO sarà necessario effettuare tampone rapido o molecolare per l’accesso
